Albany Devils Set Opening Roster, 4 Players to Elmira (ECHL)

Defensemen (7): Seth Helgeson, Jon Merrill, Brandon Burlon, Eric Gelinas, Dan Kelly, Corbin McPherson, Reece Scarlett

Forwards (14): Joe Whitney, Rod Pelley, Kelly Zajac, Tim Sestito, Reid Boucher, Harri Pesonen, Chris McKelvie, Scott Timmins, Stefan Matteau, Mike Sislo, Cam Janssen, David Wohlberg, Darcy Zajac, Mike Hoeffel

The Devils sent G Clermont, D Hrabarenka, D/W Young, and LW Boychuk to Elmira (ECHL). I was hoping Kelly would've been the D sent to the ECHL but I doubt that was ever an option. I also doubt but hope Kelly is the 7th D. I want the other 6 guys to get the most playing time.
